Wattle Waffle

As stated in our previous Waffle, we were excited to tell you that the Wine Club was up and running. In our first three months we have had an amazing response so we thank all those extra smart customers out there and we hope the rest of you will join them for some great wine delivered free of charge on a regular basis.

Our newest project is Barrel to Bottle. We offer you the opportunity to have some fun.
Get together a group of friends and come on over to Wattle Ridge and bottle your own delicious Cabernet Sauvignon. There are about 24 cases of wine in a barrel, so 3 or 4 couples would end up with 6-8 cartons each and have a lot of fun doing it.

We offer camping as well if that's what you like.

Barrel to Bottle Get a group of friends together, have some fun & do a bottling in our Wine shed ending up with [approx] 24 cartons of Cabernet Sauvignon. This will cost a $1100.00 which is about $45.00 carton. How cheap is that for great wine. We supply the Wine, bottles, corks, cartons and [if you wish] capsules. You supply the labour, laughs and fun. This will take about three hours.
